Les soft skills sont des comp\u00e9tences non techniques, activables dans diff\u00e9rents contextes professionnels<strong>, observables<\/strong> dans l\u2019action, et \u00e9volutives. Ces comp\u00e9tences ne rel\u00e8vent ni du savoir-faire ni du savoir, mais bien d\u2019une combinaison de comportements, d\u2019attitudes, de <strong>capacit\u00e9s cognitives, \u00e9motionnelles et sociales<\/strong> <em>(N. B. La norme n\u2019a pas de valeur juridique contraignante ; c\u2019est un outil volontaire, con\u00e7u uniquement pour structurer les pratiques ; elle est \u00e9volutive et adaptable).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En mobilisant et en combinant nos capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et \u00e0 interagir dans un contexte sp\u00e9cifique, les soft skills nous procurent une certaine \u00ab\u00a0intelligence situationnelle\u00a0\u00bb. Les\u00a0soft skills\u00a0permettent de d\u00e9velopper\u00a0un certain <strong>\u00ab\u00a0savoir travailler et apprendre ensemble\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9velopper les soft skills pour soutenir la sant\u00e9 mentale et la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (OMS) a d\u00e9fini la Sant\u00e9 globale de chacun \u00a0comme <em>\u00ab un \u00e9tat complet de bien-\u00eatre physique, mental et social, qui ne consiste pas seulement en une absence de maladie ou d&rsquo;infirmit\u00e9 <\/em>\u00bb. Les Soft Skills font partie int\u00e9grante de la <strong>Sant\u00e9 globale des personnes<\/strong>, celles qui permettent d\u2019\u00eatre bien avec soi-m\u00eame et les autres pour r\u00e9ussir dans les projets et avancer dans la vie. Ce sont des <strong>comp\u00e9tences dynamiques<\/strong> et ind\u00e9pendantes de la personnalit\u00e9.
